That's kind of the point. The shaky, unscripted, unexpected moments are usually the best ones. Don't stress, just film.

Your rental period will be listed in your booking. Once your rental period ends, you must return the camera within three business days using the prepaid return label included in your package. 

We ship everything straight to your door before your event. When you’re done, pack it back up and use the prepaid label to send it home to us. 

Yes. Once your edit is complete, you'll receive a digital download link with your edited highlight film and all of your organized raw footage to keep. 

We take the time to make sure your video feels thoughtful, personal, and worth coming back to. Typically you’ll receive your completed film within 2 weeks from when 4Keeps receives the footage. 

Yes. Once you receive your film, you have 5 days to review it and let us know if anything doesn't feel right. We include one round of revisions to make sure you love the final result. 

At the moment, we only ship within Canada. 

Of course. It’s yours to watch, share, and come back to anytime. 

Just make sure you have any permissions you need from people, music, locations or other content shows in the footage before posting publicly.

If you need to cancel, just let us know in writing at least 10 days before your camera is scheduled to ship. If we cancel on our end, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel, we retain 50% of the Fees as a cancellation charge. 

Terms and Conditions

You have 3 days after delivery to inspect and test the camera. If anything seems off, let us know in writing right away. After that window, the camera is considered to have arrived in good working order. 

Your download link will be active for 30 days, so make sure to save your edited film and raw footage to a personal device or cloud storage as soon as possible. We recommend saving it in two places. If you have any issues accessing your link, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
